# 2. Company Overview

NimbleStride Inc. is an Alberta-incorporated company operating under the trade name MGR Infotech in Saskatchewan. Together, the two entities form a single integrated delivery organization serving public- and private-sector clients across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Legal Name | NimbleStride Inc. |
| Operating Name (SK) | MGR Infotech |
| Principal Contact | Mohammed Yousuf Shariff |
| Email | support@nimblestride.ca |
| Phone | +1 (613) 407-0895 |
| Address | 1209 Waterford Dr, Chestermere, AB T1X 3A1 |
| CRA Business Number | [PROVIDE: CRA Business Number] |
| AB Corporate Registry # | [PROVIDE: Alberta Corporate Registry number] |
| SK Business Registration # | [PROVIDE: Saskatchewan business registration number] |

**NimbleStride Inc.** focuses on custom software, AI, and web platform development. Flagship products include ClearBid (public-sector compliance-screening AI), ClearBind (AI InsurTech platform), an OSFI E-23 model-risk-management platform for Canadian federally regulated financial institutions, and GridWitness (energy/carbon data platform). All are built in TypeScript, Python, Next.js/React, Node.js, and Terraform, and deployed on Canadian-region cloud infrastructure.

**MGR Infotech** delivers IT infrastructure, hardware supply, Microsoft 365/Azure services, and physical security systems. Completed engagements include deployment of approximately 200 computers and laptops, CCTV and security-system installations, point-of-sale (POS) system installations, and Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 setup and administration.

The principal point of contact and delivery lead for all engagements is Mohammed Yousuf Shariff, who brings 17+ years of experience in software development, IT operations, and enterprise program delivery.

> **⚠️ POTENTIAL GAP — Software Product vs. COTS Platform:** This RFI seeks an *enterprise land and lease management software* solution — typically a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or SaaS platform (e.g., Trimble, Accruent, MRI, Esri, etc.). The dossier does not identify any existing land and lease management product in NimbleStride's portfolio. If NimbleStride is responding as a **custom development vendor** (i.e., proposing to build a bespoke solution), this must be stated explicitly and the City's information requirements addressed accordingly. If NimbleStride is responding as a **reseller or implementation partner** for a third-party platform, [PROVIDE: the name of the platform, the partnership/reseller agreement, and the platform vendor's product documentation]. This distinction is material to the City's market research and must be clarified before submission.

Should any conflict arise during the engagement, NimbleStride Inc. commits to disclosing it immediately in writing to the City's designated contract authority.

> [PROVIDE: review this declaration against section 3.4 of the RFI document for the precise definition of "conflict of interest" applicable to this procurement, and confirm the declaration is complete.]

## 3.4 Data Residency, Privacy & LAFOIP Compliance

### Requirement (pp. 1, 3): Canadian Data Hosting & LAFOIP

The City requires that the solution meet LAFOIP (Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act — Saskatchewan) requirements. Where Canadian data hosting is not available, vendors must clearly identify data hosting location(s) and describe how they meet the City's data residency, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

**How we comply:**

**Data Residency:** In-Canada data residency is standard practice across the NimbleStride product portfolio. All platforms are deployed on Canadian-region cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS Canada Central / ca-central-1), with all data stored and processed in Canada. NimbleStride can guarantee in-Canada data residency for this engagement, with no data subject to foreign extraterritorial claims.

**Data Security Controls:**
- Encryption at rest: AES-256
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+
- Role-based least-privilege access controls
- Full audit logging of data access
- Secure deletion or return of data at contract end per the City's data-retention schedule

**LAFOIP Compliance:** NimbleStride Inc. is committed to handling all personal information in accordance with LAFOIP (Saskatchewan) and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPA (Alberta) and PIPEDA. Our practices include:
- Collecting only the minimum personal data necessary for the stated purpose
- Storing all personal data on Canadian-region cloud infrastructure
- Applying role-based access controls limiting access to authorized personnel only
- Logging all access for audit purposes
- Returning or securely destroying personal data at contract end per the City's schedule

> [CONFIRM: whether the proposed solution involves Protected A, Protected B, or higher-classified data under the City's classification framework, and whether a Security Requirements Checklist (SRC) or equivalent must be completed. NimbleStride will comply with all additional controls specified.]

> **⚠️ POTENTIAL GAP — LAFOIP Attestation for a COTS/Third-Party Platform:** If NimbleStride is proposing a third-party platform (rather than a custom-built solution), the LAFOIP compliance posture of that platform vendor must also be assessed and documented. [PROVIDE: the platform vendor's LAFOIP/privacy compliance documentation, data processing agreements, and confirmation of Canadian data residency for the proposed platform.]

---

## 3.5 Submission Structure Compliance

**Requirement (p. 3):** Respondents should structure their submission according to the sections outlined in the RFI document.

**How we comply:** This response follows the structure prescribed in RFI 26-0409. Section headings correspond to the RFI's requested information areas. Supporting materials (screenshots, workflow diagrams, sample reports, sample dashboards) are included where available. [PROVIDE: attach any available screenshots, workflow diagrams, sample reports, or sample dashboards for the proposed solution.]

Where capabilities are described, the following availability designations are used throughout this response:
- **OOTB** — Out of the Box

---

# 6. Relevant Experience & References

## 6.1 Similar Implementations — Last Five (5) Years

**Requirement (p. 4):** Provide similar implementations completed within the last five (5) years, including a brief description of the organization, scope, and outcomes achieved.

> **⚠️ CRITICAL GAP:** The company dossier does not identify any completed land and lease management software implementation within the last five years. The projects documented (ClearBid, ClearBind, OSFI E-23 platform, GridWitness, IT infrastructure deployments) are not land/lease management implementations. This is a material gap relative to the RFI's experience requirements.

[PROVIDE:
- Up to three (3) examples of similar land and lease management software implementations completed within the last five (5) years
- For each: client/organization name, description of scope, outcomes achieved, approximate contract value, and dates
- If no direct land/lease management implementations exist, provide the closest analogous examples (e.g., asset management, property management, or complex data management platform implementations) and clearly describe the relevance
- If proposing a third-party platform, the platform vendor's reference implementations may be cited — confirm this is permissible under the RFI rules]

---

## 6.2 Client References

**Requirement (p. 5):** Provide up to three (3) references from municipal, public-sector, or comparable private-sector organizations that have implemented the proposed solution within the last five (5) years.

> **⚠️ CRITICAL GAP:** The references available in the dossier are key-personnel references for Mohammed Yousuf Shariff's enterprise IT delivery work (Intact Insurance, Northbridge Insurance). They are not references for land and lease management software implementations, and neither reference is from a municipal or public-sector organization. This may not satisfy the RFI's reference requirements as stated.

The following references are available and can attest to the delivery performance of principal Mohammed Yousuf Shariff on enterprise IT and software programs:

| # | Reference Name | Organization | Role | Contact | Engagement |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Deb Dash | Intact Insurance | Director – IT Development | +1 416-788-4347 | Commercial-lines insurance application delivery |
| 2 | Sid Venkat | Northbridge Insurance | IT Development Consultant | +1 416-799-3406 | Enterprise data-engineering / Snowflake data-lakehouse delivery |
| 3 | [PROVIDE: third reference — name, organization, phone, email, and description of engagement] | | | | |

[PROVIDE:
- A third reference, ideally from a municipal, public-sector, or comparable organization
- If possible, references specifically for land/lease management or property management software implementations
- If proposing a third-party platform, the platform vendor's municipal/public-sector client references — confirm whether these may be included
- Confirm that all references have been notified and have consented to being contacted by the City of Saskatoon]

---

# 7. Pricing

**Requirement:** The RFI document requests pricing information to assist the City in understanding market costs for enterprise land and lease management software.

> **Note:** This is an RFI (Request for Information), not an RFP or RFQ. Pricing provided at this stage is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Confirm the City's specific pricing format requirements in the RFI document.

[PROVIDE:
- Indicative pricing for the proposed solution, structured as requested in the RFI (e.g., licensing model, implementation costs, annual maintenance/support costs, training costs, optional modules)
- Pricing should be in Canadian dollars (CAD), inclusive of applicable taxes or with taxes identified separately
- If a third-party platform is proposed: software licensing fees (per user / per module / enterprise), implementation services fees, annual SaaS subscription or maintenance fees, and any additional costs (data migration, training, integrations)
- If a custom-built solution is proposed: indicative development cost range, annual support/maintenance cost, and hosting costs
- Confirm whether the pricing form/appendix in the RFI document must be completed — if so, attach the completed form]

---
