A certificate of insurance naming the client as an additional insured can be provided upon request and prior to contract execution. NimbleStride Inc. operates a principal-led delivery model in which Mohammed Yousuf Shariff provides direct technical and program leadership on every engagement. Specialist capacity is scaled by engaging vetted part-time associate consultants whose skills are matched to each project's specific requirements. This model keeps overhead low while ensuring the right expertise is available at each phase — discovery, design, build, test, and transition. All associates operate under confidentiality and data-handling agreements consistent with public-sector requirements. [PROVIDE: for the specific tender, the names, roles, relevant experience summaries, and confirmed availability of any associates or subcontractors to be named in the bid — résumés or capability statements will be required as attachments.]

NimbleStride Inc. has designed and delivered multiple production-grade software and AI platforms, demonstrating end-to-end capability from requirements and architecture through deployment and operation: (1) ClearBid — a Canadian public-sector compliance-screening AI platform, directly relevant to government digital-service procurement. (2) ClearBind — an AI-powered InsurTech platform. (3) OSFI E-23 Model Risk Management Platform — built for a Canadian federally regulated financial institution (FRFI), meeting stringent regulatory and data-governance requirements. (4) GridWitness — an energy and carbon data platform. All platforms were built using TypeScript, Python, Next.js/React, Node.js, and Terraform, and are deployed on Canadian-region cloud infrastructure.
MGR Infotech has delivered IT infrastructure and managed-services engagements across Alberta and Saskatchewan, including: deployment of approximately 200 computers and laptops across client sites; installation and configuration of CCTV and physical security systems; point-of-sale (POS) system installations; and Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 setup and administration. These engagements demonstrate practical, on-site delivery capability and familiarity with the operational environments typical of public-sector and community-organization clients.
NimbleStride Inc. and MGR Infotech together provide a full range of Microsoft cloud services relevant to Government of Alberta and other public-sector environments. Capabilities include: Microsoft 365 tenant setup, licensing, and ongoing administration; Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) configuration, user provisioning, and role-based access control; Azure cloud infrastructure deployment and management using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform); Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams configuration; and Microsoft security and compliance tooling. MGR Infotech has delivered Active Directory and Office 365 implementations for multiple clients. NimbleStride's product portfolio is deployed on Azure-compatible cloud infrastructure with Canadian data residency. [PROVIDE: any current Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) membership tier or specific Microsoft certifications held by the team — these strengthen scoring on Microsoft-platform tenders.]
NimbleStride Inc. brings direct, hands-on experience designing and delivering compliance-oriented digital applications for regulated environments — most directly through ClearBid, a public-sector compliance-screening AI built to Canadian government procurement standards. For a government application such as the AMSA EAL App, our approach follows these principles: (1) Discovery & Requirements — structured stakeholder workshops to capture functional requirements, user roles, and regulatory obligations before any code is written. (2) Architecture — a modern, maintainable stack (Next.js/React front end, Node.js or Python API layer, cloud-hosted database on Canadian infrastructure) sized to the application's actual complexity and long-term support needs. (3) Iterative Delivery — two-week sprints with working software demonstrated at each sprint review, enabling early course correction. (4) Compliance by Design — accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), data residency, and security controls are built in from the start, not retrofitted. (5) Transition & Knowledge Transfer — full source code, documentation, and handover training delivered to the client's team at project close. [PROVIDE: any specific AMSA or EAL regulatory requirements, integration points (e.g., existing Alberta government systems or APIs), and preferred hosting environment (e.g., GOA Azure tenant) identified in the SOW — these will be addressed explicitly in the technical proposal.]
NimbleStride Inc. and MGR Infotech confirm that, to the best of their knowledge, no actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest exists with respect to this procurement. Neither entity, nor principal Mohammed Yousuf Shariff, holds a current employment, financial, or familial relationship with any employee of the contracting authority that could improperly influence the award or delivery of this contract. Should any conflict arise during the engagement, NimbleStride Inc. commits to disclosing it immediately in writing to the client's designated contract authority and cooperating fully with any required mitigation measures. [PROVIDE: review this statement against the specific tender's conflict-of-interest definition and disclosure form; sign and attach the client's own COI declaration if one is provided.]
NimbleStride Inc. offers flexible pricing structures to match the contracting vehicle and risk profile preferred by the client: (1) Fixed-Price / Deliverable-Based — a defined scope is priced as a lump sum with payment milestones tied to accepted deliverables; preferred for well-defined projects where requirements are stable. (2) Time & Materials (T&M) — work is billed at agreed daily or hourly rates against a not-to-exceed ceiling; preferred for discovery phases or engagements where scope will evolve. (3) Hybrid — fixed price for defined deliverables with a T&M envelope for change requests or advisory hours. Our principal-led, lean-team model avoids the overhead of large consulting firms, allowing competitive rates without compromising delivery quality. All rates are in Canadian dollars and inclusive of applicable expenses unless otherwise stated. [PROVIDE: the specific rate card or fixed-price figure to be submitted with this bid, including HST/GST treatment and any expense policy, once the pricing schedule is finalized.]

For engagements involving Protected A or Protected B government data, NimbleStride will comply with all additional controls specified in the Statement of Work or Security Requirements Checklist (SRC). [PROVIDE: confirm whether this engagement involves Protected A, Protected B, or higher-classified data, and supply the SRC or equivalent so that specific control attestations can be completed prior to contract execution.]
As a newcomer to the tendering process, we prefer to begin with projects that do not require an earnest money deposit. This is acceptable as long as there is potential for a steady stream of income from such opportunities. Our budget for this project is up to 2.5 million Canadian dollars. We are also open to entering the hardware business and supplying the necessary hardware, which could cost between 1.5 and 2 million Canadian dollars.
Our company has tie-ups and contacts with multiple people who are working in various it roles. Be it an IT project management, it product development, ux UI, AI based product development, coding testing and business analyst, business system analysts and various other roles that are needed for any software, product development, support and continuity. We have even resources who are working in the devops and various other technology domains. Essentially, while these individuals aren't directly part of our organization, we have sufficient connections to secure a resource of our choosing who meets our price requirements and can start working for us within a week. This resource could be associated with our project for anywhere from one to five years.
All user-facing interfaces are designed and tested to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, sufficient colour contrast, and responsive layouts. Accessibility is validated through automated tooling and manual testing as part of the Definition of Done.
Quality is built in, not bolted on: automated unit and integration tests, security testing, accessibility testing, and structured user-acceptance testing with real end users. Each increment must meet an explicit Definition of Done and pass defined quality gates before it is considered complete.
We deliver using an Agile / SAFe-aligned, iterative approach led by a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 6), Certified Scrum Master and PRINCE2 Practitioner with 17+ years of enterprise delivery. Work is broken into short increments with a working demo each cycle, a clear Definition of Done, quality gates, and transparent flow metrics, so the client has honest visibility into progress and risks throughout.
