ClearBid is operated by NimbleStride Inc. This notice describes how we handle the documents you upload. It is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the Terms.

What we process

We process the solicitation PDF you upload solely to produce your compliance matrix. Solicitations are commercial documents, but they can contain named personnel and CVs; where they do, we treat that as personal information under Alberta PIPA and federal PIPEDA.

Model training

Your documents are never used to train any model. They are sent to our model provider only to generate your result.

Retention

Uploaded source documents are deleted by default after 90 days. You may request earlier hard deletion at any time. Generated matrices are retained per your engagement.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to a completed result is by unguessable link only.
